Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We usually ship the product within one working day after receiving the order. Transit duration is as per shipping method. However, shipping may be delayed during acts out of our control, including but not limited to, calamities, weather conditions, festivals or other unforeseen circumstances.

All orders will ship through ground courier unless otherwise decided. An estimate of the shipping charges is available while you “check out”.

Refunds, Returns, Replacement

We are happy to issue a Return, Refund or Replacement within 7 days of order delivery for the following cases: Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.


  • Do not accept any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.
  • Make a video while opening the packaging as a supporting proof.
  • Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
  • Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

We shall not accept any return/replacement if the above conditions are not being followed.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product, or wrong product?

Ans: If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, product batch number and images of products received with invoice copy to our customer care at orders@texeras.com (8 am to 7 pm Mon to Sat).

Once you raise the concern we will investigate internally revert in 2-3 business days and subsequently revert to you.

Note – As per our return policy you need to raise concern within 3 days of receipt of the products (determined as per courier company logs) along with proper product images and unboxing videos.

Q. What should I do when I receive courier damaged product/item?

In rare cases of transport damage, if you find the carton box damaged/tampered, please reject it at delivery (including prepaid orders) and contact us to resolve the matter.

NOTE: We do not allow for any returns except in the aforesaid circumstances.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

After placing the order, you can cancel the order before it gets dispatched. If the order is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the same.

We issue refunds for all the above-mentioned scenarios within 3-5 business days on our end post our approval of the refund. Your bank will also take a certain number of business days to process and reflect the refund in your account once initiated on our end.
